American Imports has been servicing my vehicle for the past couple of years. While in for routine maintenance, another maintenance item was discovered that hadn't been done at the appropriate time(prior to American Imports). The additional maintenance item was completed with a little additional time and I was on my way. I've never had any issues with the work performed on my vehicle. Additionally, while I was there waiting, another customer came in and was nicely accommodated, even though there was a mix up of some kind. It certainly is nice when a customer can get get reasonable accommodations these days! I came in for an oil change and while the car was in the rack, Dave the mechanic, during his courtesy inspection found a roofing nail in the sidewall of my front tire. Explained why my low tire pressure warning light came on just the day before. Thankfully he found this and since my tires were getting low on tread Taylor gave me a great quote for 4 new tires, got them done while the car was there, gave me a free loaner car so I could get my other business done for the day, and now I’m all set for 60,000 miles again. Glad I found this shop, everyone is so friendly and helpful!
