“With the various Services I had done on the car they were extremely thorough and prompt with communicating with me throughout the entire process. They got the job done several hours early all while giving me a loaner car while the work was being done and they took the liberty of washing the scrubbing the floor mats on the inside and even cleared up the fogginess on my headlights. Those are all extra touches that I was not expecting but greatly appreciate a company that is willing to go the extra mile when one of their customers are paying a significant amount of money for all of the repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

I have been going to American Imports for 20+ years. They used to be located closer to my home but I willingly travel the 12 miles to their garage because they always fix or prevent problems and my cars thrive under their care. I consistently receive courteous, respectful, and friendly service by everyone from the front desk to back office and they strive to go the extra mile. They are not cheap but they are fair and competitively priced and I trust them absolutely to do excellent work.

Highly recommend! Good service, grateful for diagnostic update half way through service appointment. Made me aware of additional recommended repairs with no pressure but concise and honest feedback. Will use again for servicing my vehicles.

American Imports made the typically painful process of automobile maintenace much more tolerable. I was e-mailed an extensive list of repairs (WITH pricing) that were recommended and was given the option to accept or decline each service. Having a copy of these things in front of me without the pressure of a “salesman” over my shoulder pushing me into something I don’t necessarily need was a very welcome change. The work done on my vehicle was done in a timely fashion and of the highest quality.

This was my first time going here for an oil change. The customer service was top notch when I called to schedule and appointment. As well as when I went in to drop off my car. They have a nice waiting area with refreshments for customers to have and wifi which was awesome. They told me it would be 30-45min and it was done in 30. I will definitely be coming back here again for all my oil changes and recommend everyone to do the same! Excellent atmosphere!
