With an appointment we typically can have your vehicle ready on the same day. Feel free to book an appointment here or give us a call at 262-255-4470. For non-appointment drop-offs vehicles are worked into the schedule as gaps open up. Often this only takes 1 day depending on the job and parts availability.

Our secure key drop box is located on the East end of our building by the large overhead door. Pull the lid down and there are envelopes to use and a key slot.
Yes! Our technicians go through a continues training which includes ASE Certifications, AAA approval as well as other high quality on-line and in-person training sessions. This ensures your vehicle is being handled by professionals who meet the highest industry standards for skill and ethics.

Yes, our loaner vehicles are Free of charge, and they are available for most repairs upon request. We only ask you to replace the gas that you use. You will be required to present a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

We also offer drop off shuttles within a 2 miles radius.

The ideal time to drop off is between 7:30am to 8:30am. We can typically turn around at most work in 1 day with pickup times around 4:30pm-5:30pm.

Additionally, we have an after-hour drop box you can use 24/7 located at the East end of our building.

Yes! Absolutely. It is a common misconception that maintenance work needs to be done at a dealership to withhold the vehicles warranty. This is not true. Dealerships are required by law to honor your warranty regardless of where the work was performed.

The only time that we recommend using the dealership is for factory Recalls or if needed work does fall under the vehicles manufacturer warranties, which usually they will perform for free.

We are a Full-Service Repair Facility. Not only can we do simple maintenance items like oil changes and tire rotations, but our highly trained and certified Technicians are well versed in all aspects of automotive repair. This could be a warning light, engine run ability issues, transmission problems, any steering or suspension repairs as well as scheduled maintenance items.

Yes! We know car repairs can be an unexpected expense, so we partner with two financing companies. One is Snap Financing and the other is Napa Easy Care through Synchrony. They both offer interest free same as cash options and are quick applications to fill out, and you usually will have an answer within 10 minutes.

We are a Certified Emissions Testing and Repair Facility and NO appointment is required. It is first come first served.

The process is easy! Just Park in any parking spot and come in through the front entrance. Let us know you need an emissions test, and we will take care of the rest. The process usually takes 10 minutes or less. We also offer registration renewal services in most cases.

Our testing hours are 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm Monday -Friday.

Unfortunately, we can only provide a warranty on parts that we source through our own suppliers. As a result, we are unable to conduct a non-warranty job by installing externally supplied parts.

High Quality: The same part can vary in quality levels, ranging from High quality (i.e. OEM) to low quality (ebay or Amazon). Many parts stores will offer quality options as well, usually marketed as Good-Better-Best. All the parts we install at American Imports are OEM parts grade or better.

Warranty: We offer a full warranty on all the parts we install. Not only are the parts warrantied, but we also warranty the “Full Replacement Cost” as well, which includes the labor to install it. This we cover for most situations for 5 years or 50,000 miles!
