All repairs performed by our service department are covered by a 5 year / 50,000 mile warranty, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise noted on your repair invoice. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship related to the original repair and only to the specific parts replaced and services performed during the original repair. Failures of other components not replaced during the original repair or pre-existing conditions, previously worn components, or damage unrelated to the original repair are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty service must be performed at our facility unless prior authorization is obtained. Please contact our service department before authorizing repairs at another location.
All parts installed are new unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
Commercial, fleet, and extended service contract repairs are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
This warranty does not cover failures resulting from abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, overheating, lack of lubrication, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unrelated vehicle issues or continued operation of the vehicle after a warning light or abnormal conditions appear.
Wear items and friction materials are not covered under this warranty. These include, but are not limited to: brake pads, brake shoes, clutches, wiper blades, belts, bulbs, filters, fluids, and other components that naturally wear during normal vehicle operation.
